Electronic Identity (eID) & Email

All students enrolled in credit courses at Colorado State University are required to have an eID which will provide access to electronic resources such as RamPoint and RamCT. Email accounts are available dependent on your academic status.

Visit http://eid.colostate.edu/ to create your eID and update or retrieve a forgotten password. Newly created accounts are activated immediately though during heavy registration periods, activation may take several hours.

Forgot your password? First, visit http://eid.colostate.edu. Click on "Change Password" and then click on "'I forgot my ePassword." Go through the steps presented to change your password.

Email Accounts

Free email accounts are provided to admitted students and may be obtained during the creation of your eID. Graduate students may obtain a Lamar account; undergraduate students may obtain a Holly account.
