Pam Dixon-Krausse has over fifteen years of experience in the areas of Organizational Development (OD) and Human Resources (HR). Pam is currently an Assistant Professor at CSU in the OPC program where she teaches Action Research, Learning Transfer, Performance Consulting and Performance Management. Pam is also a Principle at the OD Consulting firm, NorthPoint, LLC and adjunct faculty for Regis University’s Master's of Science in Management program. She has held roles in private, healthcare, government, and global organizations including OD Director, OD Manager, HR Manager and Internal Consultant. Pam’s primary research focus is Integrating the Individual into the Organization; specifically, team and leadership development, interpersonal communication, and innovative human resource practices.
Pam earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, a Master's degree in Adult Education and Instructional Technology at the University of MN, Duluth, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University.
