The course also covers issues in the selection of certain small animal vaccines to buy and use in your practice. The course is useful for both veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.

Dr. Macy received his DVM from the University of California. He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Oncology and is past president of the ACVIM specialty of Oncology. He is a professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at CSU, and founder of preventive medicine there. Macy also operates a referral practice in Las Vegas, Nevada and is a member of The World Health Organization Commission on Carcinogenesis and the Vaccine Associated Sarcoma Task Force. He has more than 150 publications, two US patents, and two national awards for research.
