STAT 301 (Introduction to Statistical Methods) or STAT 307/ERHS 307 (Introduction to Biostatistics) or STAT 311 (Statistics for Behavioral Sciences I) or STAT 315 (Statitics for Engineers and Scientists) or STAT 430 (Probability and Mathematical Statistics II).

Description

Survey designs; simple random, stratified, cluster samples; theory of estimation; optimization techniques for minimum variance or costs.
