Please see description for OSHR 1336 . This is essentially the same course at a slightly discounted cost - this enrollment number does not include the cost of the wine tasting component. You will, however, hear the same discussion.

Instructors
Swiss Chef Florian Wehrli first gained attention in the European gastronomic world by winning the "Best Apprentice of Switzerland in 1997." Ready for a change, he moved to the United States in the late 90s where he worked at various restaurants in New York City and Las Vegas, including as head chef at the award-winning restaurant, Andre's, in Las Vegas. Florian now lives in Windsor, Colorado where he runs his local food friendly restaurant/retail shop and catering business - Chef's Basket.
