MMMM-MMM Good. In a cup, in a bowl, or as you please! Soup is one of the simplest forms of nourishment, a dish people can relate to the world over. Soups are eaten year round, hot or cold, either as a course or as an entrée. Zuppa. Sopa, Suppe?..it's all soup! This class will teach you the foundations of classical soup making starting with stocks. We will cover a few of the classic and explore other styles from around the world as Chef Daggett gives them his own culinary twist and presentation. Of course, there will be bread!
Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
