Admit it: You love to eat! Why not learn some new techniques and try some new recipes that stress healthy foods for any time of the day. This class takes the sometimes unappealing and boring thought of healthy cooking and turns it upside down with full flavors, colors, beautiful presentations and more! The recipes are easy and center around fresh seasonal ingredients, organics, local suppliers, and unprocessed foods. The course covers dishes and recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. This is a must-take class for those looking to increase their healthy repertoire of recipes, or those just starting out learning to cook light and natural!
Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
