Join Chef Florian Wehrli to discover the sweet world of chocolate though recipes from his native Switzerland, the country of milk chocolate, and from around the world.
Chocolate can be tricky to cook with, but the simple techniques taught in this class will open whole new "chocolaty" and decadent cooking possibilities for you. Learn a short history of cocoa, discover how to create savory and sweet dishes and taste some samples.
Along with tasting those chocolate treats, samples of coffee will be poured. There is no better pairing than coffee and chocolate!
Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
