The pressures of a globally oriented economy and the competitiveness of the marketplace are having more of a direct impact upon the leaders of organizations than ever before. Today's leaders must be able to align strategic plans with daily operations while seeking to improve sustainability and earnings within a constantly changing environment. These challenges are exacerbated by technology, a more diverse workforce, and the necessity to forecast and read how the shifts in the economy and the expectations of society will interact. Keeping pace with these new measures of success requires skill and knowledge attained through a combination of experience and education and a passionate need to learn and grow.
This executive education program in "Leadershift" examines the intersection of the potential changes within an organization's domain and the requiste adjustments that leaders must make in a dynamic environment. Participants will be provided with leadership tools and techniques to successfully address these ongoing issues.
