Balancing time and workload is often an important factor to personal success. In this class, you will learn the tools to become a more efficient worker through organizing and prioritizing your job.
Specifically, you will:
- Learn to set and achieve short and long term goals based on the purpose of your department.
- Be taught skills to move from crisis management and putting out fires to the proactive discipline of organizing and prioritizing.
- Walk away with a personal action plan that will aid in the facilitation of time management in your specific work situation.
