The Four Barriers to quality, not people, are responsible for the inefficiencies and conditions that stress people and processes in the work place.

This course includes the first four classes from the original 26-class workshop. It introduces you to the how The 4 Barriers To Qualityİ impact your organization every day, frustrating your people and customers.

The 4 Barriers To Qualityİ are:

  • Fear of expression and/or action
  • Lack of communication, verbal and written
  • Lack of written procedure
  • Lack of formal training

The first step in transforming your organization is understanding that the four barriers have definite causes, and the result is negative impacts on your people and processes. Participants will discuss each of these barriers to quality, ways to deal with them and alternative ways to improve their business by eliminating these barriers.

Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
